London-based Japanese alternative-rock band BO NINGEN are pleased to present A Found History: five days of exclusive rarities and sonic oddments from the past decade, charting a course through the band’s past, examining how their sound has evolved to encompass the material on their forthcoming new album, Sudden Fictions, set for release on 26th June 2020 via Alcopop! Records (that's us).

In exclusive partnership with our pals at The Quietus, The Line of Best Fit, Radio X, Clash Magazine, Rumore Magazine, and UPSET, the band have shared collections of previously-unreleased early rehearsal studio demos, self-remixes, live recordings, and ‘Night of The Stickmen’ improvised sets, charting the evolution of their own sound, and examining the influences on and origins of their own output within the wider context of the history of music and art.

You can go check them all out now:

The Quietus: Proto BO NINGEN (demos of the band before they were even BO NINGEN)

The Line Of Best Fit: Night of the Stickmen (improv sets recorded live)

Radio X: John Kennedy playing an exclusive never before heard remix

Clash: BO NINGEN Live Recordings 2011-13

Rumore: BO NINGEN Live 2018

Upset: MG set of BO NINGEN remixes, by BO NINGEN

Now - that is a pleasant afternoon!!!
