Alcopop is all about music, fun, ace people and all the vices one cares to mention – and I’ve always thought that it’s probably best to keep politics out of the equation… It’s not that I’m totally apathetic, far from it, but I don’t want to be pushing my thoughts and opinions down your throats. There are people who can do that with far more eloquance and authority than I!
However, with the elections just a couple of days away, and all the political turmoil of late, I just had to put up a quick post with a sentiment I saw on a flyer back when I was at Swansea University, which struck quite a chord. Namely, ‘a vote for anyone else is a vote against the BNP’… So if you get a chance this Thursday – get involved…
Right – enough politics… Lets get back to the music!
